My wife and I are building a “green” home (if there is such a thing) and are wondering what has worked for people in the past. These are the features we are putting in for our budget:

passive solar design
Solar water heater
sealed crawlspace

Ah, the ironies of the age we live in. I was just looking at a box of “Annie’s Homegrown Bunny Grahams” (boy, they are good) and noticed the following on the side of the box:
