Apple, why do you insist on taking away useful functionality?  Case in point, Screen Sharing? MacWorld had this really nice tip on adding more power to screen sharing which was so simple to do.  Now, with the latest update, you take it away.  What gives?  What, you think we want to be on a 13″ laptop connected to our main server and only see 10″ worth of the screen?

Luckily, MacWorld via a reader, came to the rescue again.  The trick, while not for the faint of heart, isn’t too difficult either.  I got it on the first try, but it does require using XCode.  I thought I could try doing it via Emacs on the command line, but turns out there are binary files involved.  Sigh.
