China Claims World’s Largest Internet User Base - Yahoo! News
According to the China Internet Network Information Center, more than 253 million people in China are now online.

Yep, and they all read the same 10 pages that the Government censors allow them to read.  (ducking…  I know, I know, it isn’t really 10 pages, it’s much higher, I’m sure.  Just ask Google or Yahoo!, they’d be happy to tell you, I mean tell the Chinese gov’t, what all those 253 million people are reading.)
