		<description>I think the IRS is still operating by the standards of the 20th century. Identity theft via social security number could probably be avoided if institutions such as the Internal Revenue Service update their operation.

		<description>I refuse to write my social security number down on IRS checks. Somehow, they can figure out my SS# and still cash my checks   ;-)
