Clemens says was injected with B-12, not steroids - Yahoo! News

So that’s what they call it now, B-12.  Before it was a “cream”, now it’s a vitamin.   I can’t wait for the next excuse:  “I thought it was water” or “Gee, my trainer told me it was broccoli”  Whatever.  And people thought the cycling was bad.  At least with cycling, you have real punishments for cheating.  Can you imagine Clemens being removed from the World Series if he had been caught at the time?  That’s exactly what happened to the LEADER of the Tour de France this year.  At least the Tour has the balls to stand up to the cheaters, unlike baseball, which does all this investigative work and calls out all these people and then says, “Gee, we’re ashamed we did this, but we are going to let you all of the hook because we’ve been through enough.”

B-12 is actually pretty good. I know a friend of a friend who gets injects B-12 regularly by a trainer. :)

Funny! Really, all he had to do was go buy a bottle of Centrum Silver, it’s got 6mcg of B-12. Who knows, maybe Centrum will come out with Centrum Aging Baseball Star, guaranteed to help you pitch into your mid-40s?

By the way, I know injecting B-12 is a legitimate thing, but it’s usually something people who are deficient go to their DOCTOR to get done, not their trainer.
