More on Bike Fitting
Monday, December 19th, 2005There is a really good article on bike fitting on Active.com that is worth reading. I am especially interested given my recent post on my bike fitting session with Ray Woodford of Next Edge Sports.
I think the last line is very apropos: “Remember, your bike should fit you, not the other way around.”
